About
I am a software engineer by profession, with extensive experience in distributed systems and large-scale applications dealing with high-traffic loads. Over the years I have led teams, worked as an individual contributor, and taken on consulting work across multiple domains and different tech stacks.
I am a software generalist — I pick up the right tools and languages based on the problem at hand rather than being tied to any particular stack. I am curious by nature and like to understand systems, whether technical, sociological, or biological.
What I work on
- Distributed systems — building scalable, fault-tolerant applications
- Large-scale applications — high-traffic systems and performance optimization
- System architecture — designing robust, maintainable software
- Small useful tools, like InboxShredder
Outside of work
When I’m not working, I read, scroll through /r/funny, go on walks, and explore different mental states — actively cultivating love and kindness through meditation.
